Stage 1: Collate
Get the data in without the pain
Upload, don't type. Send us the supplier bill as a PDF, the fuel card export, the travel spreadsheet, the spend ledger. AI-assisted classification reads each line, identifies the activity, applies the right emission factor and converts the units. Anything it is not sure about is flagged for you, never guessed.
You approve every row. Uploaded data lands in a review queue. Accept the clean rows in one click, look at the flagged ones, reject what does not belong. Nothing reaches your footprint without a human saying yes.
Evidence stays attached. The file you uploaded is stored against the reporting period as evidence. Your auditor sees the bill behind the number.
Ask the people who know. Assign a data task to the person who holds the information, with a due date. When they submit, the task closes itself. Period work plans create the whole set in one go.

Stage 2: Measure
Your footprint, properly
Scope 1, Scope 2 (location-based and market-based, reported side by side) and Scope 3 across the categories that matter to a service business: purchased goods and services, capital goods, transport, waste, water, business travel, commuting, homeworking, leased assets. Factors from DEFRA and the US EPA, or your supplier's own where you have them.
Beyond carbon. Social, economic and other environmental metrics recorded alongside emissions, kept out of the tonnes, in the same reporting period.
Multiple sites, one picture. Every site and every period, rolled up to the organisation, with intensity per FTE and per square metre.
Stage 3: Act
From a number to a programme
Materiality. Score what matters to your organisation and your stakeholders on a radar chart and see which topics are covered by a target, a project, a policy and a measurement, and which are not.
Targets and pathways. Set a headline reduction target and the KPIs beneath it. See where you should be by now, where you are, and whether the projects you have committed to get you there.
Projects and tasks. Every initiative with an owner, milestones, tasks and a timeline you can drag. Progress visible to the board without a slide deck.
Policies. Draft, review, approve and archive your policies in the platform, with full version history and a review date that will not be forgotten
Stage 4: Prove
Ready for the board, the auditor or the investor
Audit trail. Every change to every number, document, target and policy: who, when, what it was before. Exportable as an audit pack.
Submission versions. Each time a period is submitted, a snapshot is kept. Compare version 3 to version 2 and see exactly which modules moved and by how much.
Standards coverage. Your data mapped to the requirements of the GHG Protocol and UK SRS S1 and S2, with SECR and GRI supported, so you can see what you can already report and what is missing.
Reports and outputs. Carbon footprint reports, impact reports and website sustainability pages written by our team from your platform data, in your brand.

Questions people ask
Can we move from another platform? Yes. Activity data comes in through the same upload path as everything else, with the evidence attached.
Do we need a sustainability team? No. Most clients have one person with the mandate, part-time. The platform and your partner are the team.
Where is our data held? You can hold your data in the EU, UK, and USA. Every organisation's data is separate.
